The aim of the course is to gain the most current information about Design for All, Inclusive design and Gerontechnology as a basis for and planning for project work within the Gerontechnology module.
Läranderesultat
At the end of the course the student is expected to
- be able to relate the field of gerontechnology to the process of ageing and the everyday life of the elderly
- demonstrate an understanding of the importance of design for all and user-friendly design in products, environments and services
- be able to develop a vision of gerontechology
