In this study unit the focus will for you to build

- General business competence, building an ability
to move from specialist role to a business leader
role
- Competence in strategy development for
competitive advantage
- Competence in business model development
- Competence in digital transformation of the
business landscape
- Competence in platform business models (with a
focus on digital platforms)
- Basic competence in the utilization of data for
business development, including AI, machine
learning, and analytics

After completing the study unit, you:
