The aim of the course is to prepare the student for managing international projects. Geographical focus area is the Baltic Sea Region (BSR)

At the end of the course the student is
expected to be able to

• plan international projects on an overall

• identify pros and cons of multicultural

• perform a project stakeholder analysis
• assess risks of international projects
  -use ICTs for international project planning
  and implementation
• actively participate in knowledge transfer in
  international university-business projects
