To pass the course you should pass the following
examinations:
Examination 1 is a shorter academic text on todays
leadership with leadership theories from yesterday
with special focus on the Nordic healthcare
sector.
Examination 2 is academic essay where you draft
leadership challenges to be dealt with as an
imaginary new leader for any Nordic Healthcare
team. Your essay is then to be presented and
discussed in one of the monthly recurrent student-
teacher meetings. You sign up for one that suits
you and your presentation should follow
instructions given and last around 15 min.
