Upon completion of this study unit:

You have knowledge of theories and tools within
design thinking (Knowledge), you are able to
create and conduct a service design process

the goals and evaluate the outcome (Skills), you
have an open, critical and holistic view of the
process (Approach), you have
an open mindset towards value based, sustainable
practices (Approach)

Innehåll

An interdisciplinary module which uses design
thinking methodology to develop concepts within
smart cities and communities. Lead word in the
module are digitalization and sustainable
development.

Activities: Workshops, gamifications, lectures,
readings, reflection papers, demonstrations,
quizzes, final report
