Kompetensmål
The students can plan, conduct and report
different marketing
research tasks. They know different principles of
analyzing
customers, competitors etc. and they understand
the basic
principles of sampling, setting up surveys,
conducting
interviews etc. as well as the need of analysing
their information before drawing conclusions from
it.
Läranderesultat
At the end of the course the student is expected to
be able to
plan and execute small marketing research projects.
Innehåll
Planing marketing research; choosing research
design; challenges of measurement,
using secondary data; collecting primary data;
analysing data;
writing the research report.
