In order to graduate you need to have completed all study attainments stipulated in your degree (courses, thesis, etc.). You also need to apply for the degree certificate. Please read these pages thoroughly to get an overview of the application process.

Information about application for degree certificate

You should apply for your degree certificate as soon as you meet the graduation requirements. Please make sure to review the information available on the subpages carefully. Familiarise yourself with the instructions in advance so that you are aware of the deadlines and what is expected of you before graduation. Read the degree certificate application instructions carefully, as they explain step by step how to proceed with the degree certificate application process. Please note that your Arcada account and e-mail will no longer be accessible after applying for a degree certificate.

Remember to apply for you professional license if you are studying in a degree programme that leads to a qualification in social and health care (Nursing). Please note that this application must be submitted after you have officially graduated. 

If you are studying at the degree programme in International Business and have completed a so-called double degree at a partner institution, you are eligible to receive two degree certificates, one from Arcada and one from the partner institution.
