Between semesters (Summer and Christmas), access may be reduced according to information published on Start.
The IT unit informs of all planned outages through the intra and start pages. If a service stops functioning, students should lookup Start for more information, you can also check the status of Arcada's most important online tools here.
If the information is missing, the outage is unplanned and it is advisable to contact the IT support.

Minimum laptop requirements
The lectures held in a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) environment are based on Microsoft Office 365. Students' laptops are expected to meet certain minimum requirements.
