The entire fifth floor of the main building will be let from 1 August. The premises will be cleared during the summer, and all teaching will be relocated to other spaces.
The real estate company Arcada Nova is renting the residential building Majstrandsgården to Folkhälsan for a period of two years from 1 August 2026. At the same time, the building will be adapted so that it can also function as an assisted living facility for the elderly. Students living in the building will be offered alternative accommodation.
Each year, Arcada appoints an Alumnus of the Year – an engaged and positive ambassador for our UAS. Members of staff, students and alumni are invited to submit nominations.
