Please note that you may, as a student with a active study right,download an official digitally signed transcript of records or a study certificate from Sisu. These documents are PDF documents equipped with a digital signature to confirm their authenticity and integrity. Digital signatures are replacing handwritten signatures and stamps. The electronic documents should be a valid and primary alternative in all situations where signed and stamped paper documents have been used thus far. Whatever the transaction, if the party concerned does not accept your digitally signed document, you may request a signed and stamped paper document from Student Affairs.

- KELA meal subsidy card (physical card). If you have a digital student card, you are entitled to the discount by presenting it. No meal subsidy card is needed in that case.
- HSL form for local transport (physical form). However, we recommend that you start using the HSL app instead.
Please note that each degree programme has its own study counsellor who can assist you with planning your studies. The study counsellor is familiar with the programme as a whole and can support you in choosing courses and with other questions directly related to the programme. Registration for the academic year
Students are, by law, required to register for each academic year (UAS Act 29 §). At Arcada, registration for the academic year shall be made every year during the time 15 April – 10 September.
Registration for the academic year and right to study
When you have been accepted as a student at Arcada you have to confirm that you accept your study place to get the right to study.Your right to study for a bachelor’s or master’s degree at a university of applied sciences is granted by the Rector.
