Arcada's new key system is now active. You now need to use your new mobile key in the Arcada building. According to the latest update from the property management company, keys will be free of charge for all students.
Starting Tuesday, 22 October 2024, all block doors will be locked. To access the areas you need, you must activate your own mobile key through the app.
Unlike previous information, activating the mobile key will be free of charge. If you have already paid for your mobile key, you will be reimbursed shortly.
Follow these steps to get started with your new mobile key:
- Download the HID Mobile Access app
- Log in to Arcada’s Account Services (AAS) External link
- Log in to the key management system External link and accept the terms of use. After acceptance, you will receive a personal activation code via email from Abloy (also check your spam folder).
- Activate the app using the personal code you receive (the code is valid for 5 days).
Do you already have an old flex key?
You have received an email with instructions to your Arcada mail. Check the instructions there or on Start and return your flex key to the Info desk.
