During the summer, renovation work will be carried out on Arcada's campus, including the replacement of the key system and sewer system maintenance. Since these works will make certain areas temporarily inaccessible, campus will be closed to students from 8 July to 4 August 2024.
The sewer system maintenance in the Arcada building will begin in June and continue throughout the summer. The work will be conducted daily between 7.00-15.30, causing dust and noise. Some toilets will also be out of use.
The key system will be renewed in July. During this period, areas will be inaccessible due to the transition to the new system. If you absolutely need access to campus facilities for study-related reasons or course work, please contact your degree programme director by 12 June. For everyone else, the campus will be closed from 8 July to 4 August 2024, and you will not be able to enter with your flex key.
All students will receive information on how to change to new keys in August.
