Once you have completed the study unit:
You will have knowledge about the human mental, physical and social
development throughout the life cycle (knowledge)
You will be able to describe the human development of motor and
postural control (knowledge)
You will be able to observe, analyze and describe motor skills and
functional ability for people of different ages (skill)
You will be able to explain and use different theories and models that
promote motor learning and have skills to plan and teach motor tasks
based on good practice (skill)
Recognize opportunities and challenges of teamwork and are willing
to work as an active team member (attitude)
