Once you have completed the study unit you will have:

principles for order handling, shipping and
payments in a webshop

  • the knowledge to identify business-critical
    processes, opportunities, problems and risks with e-business
  • the ability to compare different business
    models for e-commerce within different lines of business
  • the ability to work in teams to develop online business
  • insight into different business processes in a webshop from both a
    consumer and a retailer perspective
  • skills needed to implement a webshop for a global audience
