You can explain collective and individual pupil
welfare services to promote the wellbeing of young
people and the school community. 

You can explain the significance of family and
social networks in young people´s lives.
You can describe dialogic practice and systemic
working methods at different levels in the school
environment and interprofessional networking.

Skills
You can apply resource-enhancing methods and
methods that are based on a dialogic practice and
a
systemic theory basis.

Attitude
You care about the importance of dialogue in
creating a common school culture and promote
working methods based on participation.
