- You understand the possibilities of auditory storytelling as part of dramaturgical storytelling.

- You understand the importance of music for audio narration and audiovisual narration in general.

- You have the ability to use the most common software in an in-depth and flexible way.

- You master different types of hardware intended for recording and processing sound in sound technology at a basic professional level.

Course contents

Lectures and exercises. Based on texts and with predetermined objectives, audio stories are created which are then discussed and evaluated together. The student works with the audio material during the exercises on the basis of their own creativity but under supervision in the university's premises. In connection with the work on the tasks, we go through and repeat the use of the studio and the Pro Tools software.

The student will also be given the choice of materials such as hearing aids and podcasts which they are then analyzed and presented to the other participants in the course.

Prerequisites and co-requisites

Completed course Sound Design: Field and Post Production or equivalent skills.
