Competency aims

The aim of the course is:

  • Students perform a concrete development projects at work within its own competence, either as a small independent project or as part of a larger ongoing project.
  • The student deepens its expertise in research, project methodology and project management.

Learning outcomes

At the end of the course the student is expected to be able to:

  • be able to apply project models to develop their own professional field.

  • possess in-depth knowledge within their own spheres of competence.

Assessment requirements

To pass the course the student should pass the following examinations:

  • Approved the project executed with working life.
  • Approved written project report that is literature-based and includes a project plan, implementation, evaluation and reflection in relation to Arcada general competence in the development and entrepreneurship, and in relation to the relevant occupation-specific skills.

(examinations include written examination tests, demonstrations and presentations, reports and produktions, essays, and also presence at specified occasions)
