On Thursday, 9 October, from 11:00 to 14:00, Arcada’s Main Square will be filled with inspiration, tips, and support for your everyday life and well-being. Meet different organizations that are here for you during your studies – whether it’s about health, community, future plans, or studies.

The Arcada Group is helping to realise an expansion of student housing on campus. Groundwork is expected to begin as early as next week, and the building is scheduled to be ready in 2027.

Once a month, students from all fields gather to talk careers, share stories, and explore opportunities together. With guidance from our career counsellors and the support of peers, you’ll discover that career journeys aren’t solo trips. Together we thrive.

School visits can be carried out in any classes – in subjects such as languages, history, geography, sports, arts, cooking, biology, religion, and student counselling. You can also take part in a theme day organised by the local school, e.g., an international day.

Finnish households throw around 137 million kilos of food per year. Totally around 400 million kilos of food is thrown in Finland every year. Food Waste Week was first organised in 2013.
