The IT unit has now found a permanent solution to the problem with the login to Arcada’s systems that require so-called SSO (single sign on) login. You can now log in to all systems and use them as usual.
If you had an exam that was cancelled or if you had an assignment during the interruption, you will:
• be given a new exam date by your own teacher and
• any assignments that should have been submitted during the interruption will be given an extension until Monday 14 November at 6pm.
Yesterday, there was a sudden interruption in logging in to the college's services that require the SSO login. Central systems such as ASTA, ARBS, itsLearning and Intra were unavailable. The problem was in the servers where the login was located and has now been fixed by installing new servers replacing the old ones.
