In November 2023 Arcada will organize training sessions for students, where students are taught how to activate and use their mandatory study plan in Sisu.
- All students have to activate their study plan in the new student information system Sisu. The activation of a study plan enables you to enroll in your courses in period 3 and 4, and in the future. If you do not activate your study plan in Sisu you will not be able to enroll in courses in period 3 and 4.
Most of you have a session visible in your Arcada calendar: this session is specifically designed for your degree programme's students. The majority of the sessions in English are offered as online sessions only. You are also welcome to participate in any other of the sessions mentioned in the list below if your own session doesn't suit your schedule. If you participate on campus, please remember to take a computer with you (note that a tablet or smart phone won't suffice). You do not need to log in to Sisu before the session.
All offered sessions are listed here, with the Teams link for the online option. The online session in Teams starts at the latest 5 minutes early to ensure you're able to log in. You can have your camera off and microphone off. There will be time for questions and we encourage active participation!

Who needs to participate in a session in November 2023?
You have to participate if:
- you are going to enroll in at least one course in period 3 or 4 in 2024 or
- you are going to apply for graduation after 1 Feb 2024
You do not have to participate if:
- you are registered as absent during SPRING 2024, but you are more than welcome to participate!

- you are an exchange student visiting Arcada or
