Competency aims
The aim of the course is to present fundamental
aims
and functions with private law. The course
gives a
summary of several legal areas which influence
business operations and behavior for companies.
Several areas of legislation in intellectual
property
will be examined at a profound level. The aim
is also
to give an introduction to terminology in
commercial
law, legal thinking and how ethics can/should
influence decision making.

At the end of the course the student is
