Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to give a detailed
understanding of financial tools for decision
making in organizations.
The course also covers collaboration skills:
students must work in groups to produce reports
or assignments that are presented to the class.

Assessment requirements
No mandatory attendance at lectures.
Mandatory attendance at 50% of presentations
Two group assignments:
In groups of 3 students, prepare written reports
or essays on given topics. Presentation of one
report to the class. Discussion after
presentations
The reports each stand for 45% of the grade,
presentation stands for 10%. Groups are assessed
as one unit and every member
in a group gets the same grade. Teacher allocates
members to groups. Each group prepares
individual reports: direct copy-pasting will lead
to failure.
Grade given cannot be improved on, but a failed
report can be resubmitted.
Missing the deadline will reduce grade by 1.
