The aim of the course is to give the students
understanding of the inner workings of a
company, and the roles played by various
stakeholders. The issues dealt with by
management in the daily running of the company,
and the challenges of
short and long term planing. Different company
forms are explained as well as are different
management styles. There will be practical
exercises and discussions of specific topics
in small groups.

At the end of the course the student is expected
to be able to have basic knowledge of Business
Administration, and be capable to start his own
small company.

- the basis of company strategy
