Learning outcomes
At the end of the course the student is expected
to be able to:
- know how to assess and develop their ability to act as a nursing specialist and as a member of a multi-professional team
- know how to act as an immediate supervisor in a group
Course contents
- know how to execute nursing and service guidance and act in multidisciplinary networks
- know how to observe and bring up factors risking the health and well being of patients and their immediate circle and affect them
- know how to independently plan and execute a guidance or presentation situation based on nursing scientific research to nursing professionals
- know how to independently guide and give feedback to other students
- know how to use the technology tools and applications used in specialist work in a customer-oriented manner and analyze the ethical challenges of their use
- know how to form a holistic picture of professional critical reflection and set challenges for the future
