The aim of the course is: The student develops
competence in knowledge, skills and attitudes to
nursing expertise.

At the end of the course the student is expected
to be able to :

- know how to analyse and assess their expertise
and present development challenges
- know how to analyse and assess their ethical
sensitivity

- know how to assess the social advocacy and
advocacy channels available to nurses
- understand the special position nurses have as
representatives and advocates of disadvantaged and
marginalized people in various operating
environments
- are familiar with the content and administrative
possibilities in nurses? career development
- professional critical final reflection

- current healthcare legislation and programmes

Participation in tuition

To pass the course the student should pass the
