The aim of the course:
- student develop an understanding about the use
of business administration within the field of
expanding OT
- student implement a co-created social innovative
plan that supports well-being for an actual client
group and enables a sustainable engagement of
activities in every day life

At the end of the course the student is able to:
- understand the basic principles for project
planning and product/service development
- use different kinds of models for marketing
research
- use trendwatching and benchmarking in case
example
- work from a client-/customer perspective in
case example
- develop a concept from scratch and present it
as a sales topic
- describe and argument for a meaningful concrete
idea

- identify the need for social change in an
organization and use co-created social innovation
to promote social value
- critically analyze and use literature and
research that supports the aim of the project
- apply a user-centered and occupational
perspective in the development of a plan for a co-
created social innovation
- understand the importance of social
entrepreneurship perspective when planning,
implementing and evaluating a project where a
co-created social innovation is produced and
social value is added to the participating
organization
- argue for and evaluate their value creating
process and assess its social and ethical
sustainability
