Competency aims
The aim of the course is that student:
-Knows his/her own learning style and ability to
learn independently and to develop their own
learning style
-Can Learn together with others and share their
knowledge within their working group
-Knows the different learning directions,
learning styles and principles for (motor)
learning
-Is Able to use sport didactic principles (to
plan, execute, evaluate and develop physical
activities)
-Can Purposeful and versatile use different
models and styles of instruction and education
targeted to various targetgroups
-Can Create learning and instruction philosophy,
based on their own values and knowledge.
Learning outcomes
At the end of the course the student is expected
to be able to
-Be familiar with didactics background / history
and be aware of where pedagogy and didactics are
in the scientific world and be able to reflect on
the different learning orientations (behavioral,
constructivist, etc.)
-Have Basic understanding of the key concepts
within didactics
-Be familiar to the target group's importance and
concepts "student-based approach" and apply them
to education
-Be able to plan, execute, evaluate and develop
physical activities for health education goals
-Be Able to describe and instruct the various
motor learning phases (3 pieces)
-Be Able to use different teaching methods and
understand teaching stylE'S possibilities

-Understand and be able to apply theories on
motivation and group dynamics to education
-Be familiar with and able to apply various
didactic methods / models / theories and can
reflect on and evaluate their own and others'
teaching and leadership role

feedback discussion. These hours are compulsory
80%. Observation / feedback forms should be
completed accurately
-Exam And portfolio (submitted in good time!)
