Competency aims
The aim is to give students an understanding of the basic terms of organisation and leadership and an understanding of the dynamics of organization, as well as basic skills in project management.
Learning outcomes
At the end of the course the student is expected to be able to understand most known theories of organisational behaviour and leadership. The student should be aware of the dynamics of organisations and what drives those dynamics. He or she should also be able to contribute to the planning, design and implementation of projects, lead a multicultural team and know how to motivate teams and individual co-workers.
