Competency aims
The aim of the course is that student will have knowledge of different phases in developmental and traumatic crisis and knowledge of disaster psychology and professional support. Student is also expected to understand application of crisis therapy and crisis interventions.

Developmental and Traumatic Crisis, Phases of a Crisis, Post-Event Psychological Reactions and Physiological Symtoms. Crisis Intervention (Debriefing, Defusing), Emotional First Aid.
