Learning outcomes

Knowledge
You can explain and describe different kinds of
crisis or trauma and how to support people of all
ages who have suffered crisis or trauma.
You can explain the contents of acute crisis work,
crisis interventions and psychosocial support.
You can describe the contents of interprofessional
collaboration, networking and cross-sectoral co-
operation.

Skills:
You can implement various theoretical perspectives
and use different working methods for persons who
have
suffered trauma.
You can meet and support people of all ages who
have suffered crisis or trauma and evaluate the
need of
professional support and guide them to available
and adequate support and service.
You can work in interprofessional teams and act
goal-oriented in different professional and
informal networks.

Attitude:
You understand the value of autonomous and
emotional regulation in stress related situations.
You value cross-sectoral collaboration and the
expertise of various professionals.
