Knowledge:
You can describe the different sub-areas of
leadership (strategic, ethical,
relational, financial) and the impact of
leadership on sustainability and quality.
You can explain the meaning of professional self-
leadership and co-operation.
You can describe the prerequisites for
entrepreneurship.
Skill:
You promote collaboration in the work community
through good communication and
interaction.
You act in a way that promotes your own and the
work community's well-being.
You can actively develop your work and you can
evaluate the quality of the work,
both at individual and team level.
You can use surveys, indicators, evaluations in
the social and health care area in
order to develop the work.

Attitude
You value sustainable solutions and cherish the
well-being of all employees.
You have a flexible approach and understand the
importance of continuous learning

Participation in tuition

To pass the course the student should pass the
