Competency aims

The aim of the course is to add to a deeper understanding of
documentary film as a genre.

Learning outcomes

At the end of the course the student is expected to be able to
distinguish, produce and analyze different genres within the area
of
documentary film.

Course contents

Lectures,instruction and two practical exercises, and one
individual writing assignment plus a group assignment, a
treatment for a documentary film.
