Competency aims
The aim of the course is that after the course the student should:
- be able to specify a problem and an aim for his/her thesis
- be able to critically choose the right method and literature
- be able to structure a theoretical framework
- be able to critically evaluate other students work
- be able to present his/her work
- to listen six thesis presentations during the course
Learning outcomes
At the end of the course the student is expected to be able to write an aim and problem definition.

Additional information
Compulsory participation on minimum 80% of contact lectures.
You have to listen four tourism thesis presentations and two from other programs.
After deadline for leaving the seminar paper you can not more make improvements.
