The aim of the course is to develop an
understanding of other cultures, trends and
religions and to provide information about
different theories of culture and studies.
The aim is also to provide an understanding of
the process of coming to terms with different
foreign situations and the concept of culture
shock.
The aim is also to develop basic understanding of
how company culture affects leadership of
organization
Learning outcomes
At the end of the course the student is expected
to be able to know how to appreciate different
cultures, trends, and religions.
The student is also expected to be familiar with
different theories of culture and studies and be
able to analyze his/her own culture.
