- You have knowledge of lighting equipment used in the industry.
- You have knowledge of the division of labor within the camera / light department in a film production.

- You can embody a certain style or genre in your lighting.
- You master the terminology used and the work tools from a safety aspect.
- You can work in the most important tasks in a film production's Camera / light department.
-You get the ability to perform lighting in a studio environment and in the field.
-You get skills to "see" and "shape" the light, and understand why people talk about painting with the light

Approach
- You understand the importance of technical know-how as a basis for developing your creativity.

Course contents

Analysis of the painting from a lighting aspect.
Individual exercises.
Immersion in exposure, contrast range and
dynamics in both lighting and camera.
The course includes a camera assistant workshop.
The course provides the opportunity to practice lighting under
own time.

Introduction to media production
