You are familiar with theories and concepts about
management in creative organizations and can apply
this purposefully in various projects and in the
field. You know how to search for and critically
review information about your industry.

You understand the different parts of management
and the cultural producer's different roles within
artist management. You can search for information
about your industry and critically review it. You
can lead teamwork within creative organizations
and understand what this requires of both you and
the rest of the team.

You have an ethical and respectful approach that
permeates your actions and takes into account the
industry's ecosystem. Through your approach, you
promote an equal organization where the aim is
inclusion and sustainable development.

This course will treat the identity as manager,
agent, promoter and various ways to support artists
in their careers and professional development.
