Competency aims

The aim of the course is to give basic knowledge of mathematics and mathematical methods used in economy.

Learning outcomes

The student knows how to calculate percentages and value added taxes. The student understands what indexes are and how they are used. The student knows Interest and currency calculations.

The student knows basic statistical methods and is able to use excel in producing statistical data
