Competency aims
The aim of this course is for the student to
- Develop skills needed to produce virtual events
- Work hands on with the creation, planning and
fulfilling a virtual event and virtual content for
a festival
- Develop insights in different ways of earnings
logic for virtual events
Learning outcomes
After completing the course, the student is
expected to be able to
- Master the basics of creating virtual events
- Plan, organize, evaluate and develop a virtual
event and the operations around it
- Know earning logics for virtual events
Course contents
How do you create a virtual event? What is
required of the organizer / producer? How is a
good event experience in a digital / virtual
environment and what does it require of you as an
organizer / producer? We strive to get answers to
this during the course. The course also consists
of practical work where the student participate in
the process of creating, planning and realizing
virtual content for a festival. At the same time,
the student will have the opportunity to get
acquainted with different digital platforms and
what possibilities they offer. During the course,
there is also the opportunity to network and get
acquainted with actors in the field.
