Competency aims

The purpose of the course is to make students aware of the various ethical issues which invariably arise in business management, and train them in analysing business situations from an ethical point of view. The issues will be discussed and the students are encouraged to present their own views on the issues

Learning outcomes

At the end of the course the students should have an awareness of the ethical dimension of business life and be able to bring this dimension into their decision making.

Ethical issues that arise in management and finance. Case analysis, presentations, and discussions.

Prerequisites and co-requisites

Marketing, Law, Organisational Behaviour, Financial Accounting.

Attendance is compulsory as the course is a seminar. There will be at least eight written assignments, as well as a final examination.
