The aim of the course is

- To prepare objectives for projects
- Understand group dynamics and how to work in teams
- Know the basics of how to lead teams
- Learn to develop project plans and budgets

At the end of the course the student is expected to be able to
plan and initiate cultural projects (CCI)

The course is a part of project management and the student is
doing some of the learning in actual cultural projects
