Competency aims
The aim of the course is to deepen the knowledge of evidence- and knowledge based way of working and the master thesis process. To apply scientific literature to the master thesis and other scientific work.
Learning outcomes
At the end of the course the student is expected to be able to:
- do literature search in a systematic way, refer to the references used
- understand and critically review scientific literature
- use scientific literature in the own academic work
- be able to argue for the scientific work
- to present and act as an opponent for scientific work

The master thesis process, scientific writing, literature search process, RefWorks as a reference method.
The master thesis seminars are connected to this course at itslearning.
