The aim of the course is to facilitate an understanding of the chemical background for the functions of the human body
Learning outcomes
At the end of the course, the student is expected to be able to know and understand the chemical processes taking place in the human body that are relevant to his/her profession
Course contents
Basic concepts: concentration, diffusion and osmosis, water and electrolytes, acids, bases and pH-value.
