Competency aims
The aim of the course is that the student:
-gets acquainted with different methods for teaching sports activities with motor skills as a base.
-can actively search and use approriate material for instruction practising.
-learns to evaluate his/her own and others teaching
-learns to give and take and also constructively work with feedback.
Learning outcomes
At the end of the course the student is expected to be able to instruct in different kinds of sports activities starting from an ordered case both indoors and outdoors and to critically evaluate his/her own activity and the goals reached in the case.
Course contents
Instruction practising: Health promotive indoor activities 50 %.
Instruction practising: Health promotive outdoor activities 50 %.
