After completing the study unit (knowledge):
-You have basic knowledge of different supervision methods and know how to adapt them in care

After completing the study unit (skill):
-You can plan, implement and evaluate supervision and teaching based on client and group, in collaboration with other experts in nursing
-You can implement supervision and teaching methods, which are based on the patient and are suitable in the current care situation
-You can use appropriate existing and produce new teaching and tutorial materials

After completing the study unit (approach):
-You can identify and understand the ethical principles for guidance in healthcare

-Practical training basic care 5 cr
-Practical training internal medicine 10 cr
