The objectives of the course are:
to provide basic knowledge in: intensive care and
perioperative care (anesthesia and instruments)
-understand and be able to interpret breathing
and
circulation, neurology,
-Documentation in specific areas
-understand the meaning of aseptics within
specific
context
-can prepare a sterile table and
area of operation
Learning outcomes
After the course, students are expected to have:
basic knowledge in intensive care and
perioperative care. This includes knowledge of
the patient's care needs within both
the context of intensive care and the
perioperative
care.
Know the most common forms of anesthesia and
the medications
-Know the basics of patient monitoring
Document and report from intensive and
perioperative care perspective
- Prepare and assist in perioperative context
-Know the different instruments of operation
