Within this study unit we will focus on the
following competencies:

- Clinical care competence
- Health promoting competence
- Learning and Tutoring competence
- Nursing ethics competence
- Interprofessional work and safety culture
- Leadership and decision-making competence

Once you have completed the study unit you will?

- Have gained insight into the Finnish policlinic
and outpatient care system
- Be able to plan and put into practice the care
of a patient in policlinic- and outpatient care
settings.
- Be able to actively use Finnish language in
patient education situations.
- Be able to use the patient document system.

The working hours for the practical training are
38H/week and 2 h self-studies/week.
-CV will be updated before making practical training
reservations.

Policlinics (2 weeks)
Written report / Reflective diary
-Reflective dialogue assessment between workplace
supervisor, student and educational supervisor
