Within this unit of study, we will focus on the following competencies:

You have advanced knowledge of the different dimensions of health and a strong knowledge of well-being at individual and group level. You can innovatively develop and communicate health-promoting measures to achieve well-being in different target groups. You build life management skills for both yourself and others. The starting point in your approach to health promotion is a holistic view of health, where health is seen as a resource in everyday life. You adopt a salutogenic perspective in your work and engagement.

You can describe different methods and channels for health communication at different system levels.
