Competency aims
To provide the student with an understanding of different nursing activities and the ability to initiate the care of a patient.
Learning outcomes
At the end of the course the student is expected to:
- have knowledge about the organisation of emergency systems and wards
- take care of an emergency patient and be able to start proper care.
- understand how the emergency ward is a part of the health system
