Competency aims
1. The student is familiar with and can
implement
the laws that regulate the field of
occupational
health care.
2. The student can plan, carry out and evaluate
health promoting and rehabilitating work and
maintain the work ability of the people in the
working life, the workplace and the working
community.
3. The student can evaluate the effects of the
work, the working community and the environment
on health.
4. The student can explain the principles for
good practice in occupational health care.
5. The student understands the principles for
the
multi professional collaboration in the field
of
occupational health care.
6. The student can take different factors in
the
environment to account that either strengthen
or
threatens health.

meetings at the Institute of Occupational
Health,
deadline 2.3.2019 (30%)(competency goals 3,5)
Examination 3: Home exam in occupational
medicine. Deadline 5.4.2019.
Examination 4: Active participation in the
environment health day and other mandatory
parts
