The aim of the course is for the student to get
knowledge of public health at a large scale and
deepen the knowledge of promoting health for

• working age population
• the aging population
• society and community
• the care of out patients

At the end of the course the student is
expected
to be able to:

• acknowledge and assess the issues in public
  health
• know the effects habits of living have on
  national diseases and their prevention through
  the lifespan.
• to know the work in out-patients care
• to be able to do an assessment of health

  to guide to efficient care within out-patiet´s
  care.
• to know the theory of Health care as the base
  of the work in Health Care

• out patients care of adults
